After selecting the thighs, the prosciutto is salted and flavoured with aromatic herbs.
Once cleaned, degreased and preserved, it is left to season. The result is a product incredibly rich in flavour, not to be missed!
Great as an appetiser or as a snack, with a simple accompaniment of crackers and a glass of wine.

The product requires 3 to 4 months of seasoning.
Final weight of the product from 1.9 to 2 kg.
